  • Text-to-speech functionality

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

6. Payment Terms

For paid plans:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

duoshuo is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violating these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
